Developping a common Data Analysis, Data Integration and Network Modelling Plan across EU projects

This workshop was a follow-up of the joint working sessions of U-BIOPRED/MeDALL in Munich in January and Brussels in April.

We extended the participation to AirPROM and Synergy-COPD participants on June 13-15, on review analytical methods for data analysis and integration, including supervised and unsupervised methods,network modelling, and multi-scale integration.

June 15 was a working session on data analysis plan, strictly for U-BIOPRED, MeDALL, AirPROM and Synergy-COPD participants.
