Systems Medicine: enabling personalised medicine in multi-factorial diseases such as Cancer, Cardiovascular, Inflammatory and Metabolic diseases through a new approach of data integration and analysis.
Conference objective
Several recent success stories show that Systems Medicine approaches are ready for clinical implementations within the next five years. The aim of this conference is to discuss and disseminate information relevant for early and individualised diagnosis and treatment in complex diseases. Cases of successful usage of Systems Medicine will be presented, as
well as talks and tutorials about big data, omics, bioinformatics, patient involvement as well as compliance with privacy regulations. The conference is aimed at basic and clinical researchers in academia and industry who want to apply Systems Medicine approaches to address unmet clinical needs.
